Bachelor Science in Business Management

 

This 4 years program is designed to serve the needs of students who have completed twelve years of education and are looking for a career education in business, management, and entrepreneurship profession, or higher education in Business Management. The curricula of this program offer the students management-related skills necessary to run a business. This course provides the learners with detailed knowledge about various business operations. Such as; the establishment of a company or an organization, and various functional levels such as production and operations, financial, administrative, human resources, procurement and logistics management, sales & marketing, and others. Students will learn how to use and apply useful business concepts, tools, and terminology to real business situations. Students will also learn how to communicate professionally in common business situations, reflect on their own management and leadership styles, and consider the concepts of success, sustainability, and social responsibility. Business Management courses help students build managerial abilities such as planning organizing, coordinating, leading, controlling, motivating, this program enhances the students’ potential for the future and enables them to build and maintain the targets of economic success and compete in the labor market.

Objective of the program

The objective of the program is to develop unique leadership qualities among the graduates required for successfully managing business functions, an organizational unit, or enterprises.

It aims to develop students into broadly educated business managers and executives who understand the nature of business as a whole, with the tools and techniques applicable to a wide variety of business situations.

The program is aimed to give the students a chance to bring together all of the theories, skills, and tools studied during the program and integrate them into a learning experience that highlights the nature of competition and the kind of strategies that must be done to succeed.

Program impact and outcome

The graduates who earn the BSc degree in Business Management will be able to:

  1. Have a rich blend of general education, general management skills, Business decision-making, leadership, and teamwork.
  2. Understand various leadership styles and demonstrate proven ability in exercising these styles according to the requirements of the situation.
  3. Demonstrate effective practicing of overall functional business knowledge and ability to identify and interpret essential business concepts, principles, and skills.
  4. Enable to have the required professional human resource skills for addressing the Business Analytics, Accounting &financial professional needs of the country.
  1. Completion of secondary school with a minimum overall average of 50%
  2. Should bring the original and a copy of secondary school certificate
  3. Should bring Six (6) passport size photos with white background
  4. Should bring the original copy of a letter of good conduct issued by your secondary school
  5. Should bring a sponsorship letter from your guardian
  6. Should successfully pass an admission interview and/or test
  7. Pay non-refundable Processing and ID card fees of USD $50 (bank draft)
